About Common Management Admisison Test (CMAT)

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the dates for the first national level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admissions in all the programs approved by AICTE for the year 2012-2013. The computer-based CMAT test will be conducted from February 20 to 28, 2012 in 61 cities. The students will have an option of selecting the date and city for writing the test. The last date for registration is January 9, 2012. Nearly, 2.5 lakh candidates are expected to participate in the first CMAT. The exam scores will be valid for admission to 4,000 b-schools..
